Official Obagi Medical stands behind the quality of our clinical-grade skincare and offers a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly through our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, we are committed to making the return process as seamless as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of your delivery date to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the product is at least half-full, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for return to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
